Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Trainer to join our team at Fulham Pier, where you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the skills of our front-of-house staff. In this full-time position, you will work collaboratively with business managers to ensure staff receive comprehensive training and support, contributing directly to key performance indicators and operational success. If you possess strong guest experience knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a background in practical training within mixed hospitality settings, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
* Work collaboratively with all business managers to develop the FOH staff in accordance to their strategy focus.
* Ensuring FOH staff onboarded all receive an induction and 4, 8 and 12 week catch ups with their line manager.
* Ensure staff receive development training that directly influences key performance indicators in the businesses.
* Collaborate with the HR and staffing teams to report back to the venue managers on people KPI’s
* Generate weekly trainer reports, reporting on the training function within the venues.
* Support the mobilisation training of all businesses and departments in Fulham Pier
* Upskill and improve the knowledge and practical skills of all FOH Staff
* Ensure all staff attend an induction and complete required catch ups
* Manage key stakeholder relationships in Fulham Pier’s businesses to align operational and earning and development strategy
* Ensure compliance is maintained throughout Fulham Pier
What you bring:
Experience:
* Previous experience in a practical training role or similar function.
* Experience within mixed Hospitality environments
Skills:
* Strong Guest experience and service knowledge
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to multiple organisational goals
* Proficient in MS office and general understanding of an LMS
* Effective communication skills to adapt training delivery.
Knowledge:
* High degree of knowledge within a food and beverage environment
* Understanding of learning styles and ability to modify training approach based on the context and audience
