Think Legal are working with a leading Legal 500 mid-tier law firm in Newcastle who are keen to recruit an Agricultural Property Solicitor to their expanding team.
The team is small with a Partner and Associate, and the right candidate will sit between the two.
The Partner is incredibly forward thinking and approachable, making this a really exciting opportunity to develop, grow, and progress in an expanding team.
The department has done a lot of work this year and has won a number of clients which has led to the vacancy and the need to hire and expand.
The client base is broad, dealing with trusts and farming families, individuals, and charities, with expertise in agricultural and rural properties.
It is a great time to be joining the firm, as they have recently moved to an impressive new office space. Everyone is treated equally in the practice, with no egos or ivory towers. The Managing Partner sits alongside support staff, and everyone is friendly and collaborative.
Progression-wise, the firm always looks to promote internally where they can and has a clear and defined structure so that every lawyer knows what they need to achieve to take the next step on the career ladder.
There is hybrid working available, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Many lawyers prefer to be in the office with colleagues due to the positive culture.
Salary is competitive for the North East market, dependent on experience, plus great benefits.
