We provide construction, property redevelopment and refurbishment services across HOUSING, HEALTH,EDUCATION & AVIATION sectors Bell Contracts are seeking an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join the current team. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering multi line telephone system and patching through calls to colleagues Taking detailed messages and forward to required staff members Correlated staff holidays to shared calendars once approved by line managers Maintain MOTS/INSURANCES/TAX etc for company vehicles Maintain vehicle and plant repairs registers Book travel and accommodation for traveling staff Book in temp staff as and when required by line manager for sites Record all site staff times daily and produce timesheets weekly to accounts dept for processing Check weekly rent receivable for various commercial/residential property Liaise with commercial/residential tenants and address any reported issues Maintain the register of leases/tenant details and ensure all tenancy agreements are kept up to date CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE: Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Teams, Word etc., Previous administrative experience is essential Strong Attention to detail Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills The job description is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the role.
