Working within the marketing function, you'll collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Sales teams - understanding their partners to create Engagement Programs, Webinars, Podcasts and Email Campaigns. Your role will be to build strong sustainable relationships with all of the partners and act as the bridge between marketing and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: Lead on all partner related marketing projects. Leverage your marketing skills with the Supply Chain team to design strategies for best engagement and relationships. Meet the partners in person - understand their USPs be the face of the brand. Create and deliver Webinars, Podcasts, and other creative online tools. Plan and organise partner facing events - exhibitions, socials and meetings. Keep all data relevant, valuable and accurate through the CRM system. Report and measure marketing campaigns. Work closely with the design team to develop and run email marketing campaigns. Use your ideas and knowledge of your partners to create content for their communication channels. Research, analyse and segment data to understand how to target your audience. To Be Successful: Ambitious and highly motivated - not afraid to ask questions and lead on your own personal development. Experience in hospitality and accommodation preferred. Experience in delivering excellent customer service and building key relationships. Thr ability to pivot and prioritise tasks when needed. Exceptional and diplomatic communication skills at all levels. Natural commercial flair. Creative mindset. Proven experience in building relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
