Job Title: Expert by Experience Co-Trainer - Learning Disability
Hours per week: Full time - 0 hours per week (Monday to Friday - (Exact hours to be agreed at Offer)
Perm/Fixed Term: Permanent
Salary: £29,970 - £36,483 Per annum pro-rata

Main duties of the job
The role is to play a key part in delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism to people who work in health and social care.
The successful post holder will be supported to deliver training which will include:
1. Learning disability awareness and/or understanding autism.
2. Reasonable adjustments.
3. Supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people with mental health conditions.
4. Communication.
5. Supporting young people with a learning disability.
