The ideal candidate will have all round accounts experience and good customer service skills.
Key tasks:
Manage the inbound accounts mailbox
Forward invoices for approval
Processing authorised payments
Handle petty cash receipts
Payment runs
Booking out deliveries to customers
Order processing
Reception cover
Chasing customers for payment
Skills & experience:
Excellent verbal & written skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to prioritise & manage own workload
Team player
MS Office, Word & Excel
