Our client has an opportunity for a Team Assistant to join them on a contract basis for 6 months. You will be providing administration assistance to the Head of MFTS, Senior Managers and Management Assistant to support the smooth running of the management team, enabling them to carry out operations efficiently, safely and cost-effectively. Role : Team Assistant Location : Shawbury - fully onsite Contract length : 6 months Clearance : SC will be required once in the role. BPSS to start Hourly Rate : £15.87 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35 Hours : Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm The main responsibilities of the post holder will be: Co-ordinate ongoing training requirements for AHUK personnel with internal and external training providers Maintain accurate time keeping records for the AHUK engineering and commercial teams Effectively manage and maintain workwear and PPE orders and issue in conjunction with the Health, Safety & Environment Advisor Process purchase orders, requisitions and vendor approval forms Diary management and room bookings for internal and external users Maintain stocks of office supplies and re-order in a timely manner Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner Manage incoming post, correspondence and telephone calls. Process visitor forms for all staff and AHUK visitors to RAF Shawbury.
