As a Learning and Culture Partner, you will:
* Partner with internal stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and groups to interrogate individual, team, and organisational cultural needs and co-create appropriate interventions.
* Collaborate with professional/specialist teams across the business to diagnose, develop, and design solutions that facilitate organisational behaviour change, continually reinforcing and embedding culture and values into all people-related processes, procedures, and practices.
* Facilitate culturally aligned solutions to reinforce and build understanding for colleagues.
* Work with the transformation and change teams to identify and deliver integrated support for change and transformation programmes that are aligned to culture and build sustainable capability and confidence.
* Own the Culture Calendar, ensuring all activity is featured and accessible to all colleagues.
* Lead on all EDI and well-being learning activities in collaboration with the People Services team, designing, delivering, and evaluating EDI and well-being related learning.
* Partner with managers and relevant stakeholders to support effective collaborative team working, diagnose team issues/challenges, and co-create solutions with managers and teams to build long-term sustainable solutions and manager capability.
Your understanding of the creation and embedding of culture, values, and behaviours will ensure success in this interim role, along with great stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
