To support our business growth, we are looking for a Senior / Professional Services Project Manager for a full-time (40 hours/week) individual contributor position. You will work with high potential Customers with the most complex requirements within Amazon Business solutions, helping them achieve their business goals for Procurement, Finance, and Digitalisation by utilizing Amazon Business.
The Senior / Professional Services Manager is accountable for the following aspects of each project:
1. Assess current purchasing processes for customers, evaluating opportunities for Amazon Business solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance.
2. Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising Customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions.
3. Define requirements and scope project for utilizing AB solutions.
4. Oversee programme execution including resource requests, project scheduling, and timely delivery.
5. Provide timely, clear and concise communications to Customer and Amazon Business Leadership where required.
6. Assess project risks, anticipate challenges and manage timely escalations when necessary.
7. Focus on automating service needs for Customers and on more complex engagements, work with Product Management and Technical teams to develop solutions that increase customer adoption.
8. Ensure each launch prepares the Customer to achieve their targets and adopt Amazon Business as planned, including feature adoption and spend.
9. Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.
Key job responsibilities include managing a portfolio of concurrent business integrations, balancing resources and priorities across many demanding customers. Senior Professional Services Managers then own the project management of that Customer assignment, scoping based on the Customer's procurement objectives in using Amazon Business, or implementing account requirements informed by Solutions Consulting design.
A day in the life includes calls with Account Managers and Customers to align on project approaches, testing with Systems Integrations teams, and reviewing launch metrics with customers.
Minimum qualifications include:
1. Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers.
2. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
3. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5. Ability to lead customer-facing engagements in German.
Preferred qualifications include:
1. Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions.
2. Experience identifying trends and needs to improve large-scale technology deals.
3. Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business.
4. +C1 proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
