This is a Program Management, VP Position in the UK Transfer Agency (TA) PMO team supporting TA growth in the UK.
As a Vice President, Program Management in the Transfer Agency PMO team, the incumbent will partner with stakeholders across internal teams globally and external teams in the UK, provide leadership and direction for UK TA growth program set up and execution governance. The focus will be on leading TA programs to deliver exceptional outcomes for the Transfer Agency Organization.

What you will be responsible for:
As Transfer Agency Program Management, Vice President you will:
* Partner across the organization to drive program deliverables.
* Establish a governance and escalation model across all workstreams.
* Govern the workstreams required to deliver all key critical project outcomes that are identified under the remit of the team.
* Prepare PMO management reports, dashboards, and presentations related to the program and/or activities to ensure programs meet deadlines and achievement of milestones and financial targets.
* Establish relationships with all stakeholders and leads globally to ensure the right engagement and alignment is achieved for the program.
* Conduct core project management activities including facilitating meetings, interviewing stakeholders, hosting workshops, documenting findings, and creating stakeholder presentations.
* Assess, identify and mitigate the risk areas for the program and collate workstream risks, project activity and actively work on activities to manage risks.
* Assist in developing and coordinating key messaging to our internal and external stakeholders, e.g., executive management, clients, and other constituencies.
* Support other ad-hoc requests.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree.
* 12 years of experience in Program Management.
* 10+ years of experience in business consulting leading large-scale implementation programs in consulting or financial services industry.
* Demonstrated success at applying analytic methods to assess business problems, interpreting data, and communicating analytical results to peers and management is required.
* Possess excellent communication skills.
* Results-oriented individual with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external constituents.
* Demonstrated ability to partner with all levels of management and administrative divisions.
* Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and lead team efforts.
* Very strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and proven experience in working with large cross-functional teams will be a plus.
* PMP, Prince 2, Agile-Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, Change Management.
