About the Role:
As a Client Support Analyst, you will act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service. You will collaborate with product teams, handle administrative tasks, and support content updates for live web-based products used by top global institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client queries via phone, email, or website feedback.
* Update and maintain live product websites within critical timeframes.
* Coordinate with legal teams to ensure accurate and timely publication of content.
* Liaise with the finance team for billing activities and credit control.
* Support the development of new processes and product enhancements.

* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and management.
* Technical proficiency in HTML/XML editing and database management.
