As part of our client's trainee programme, the Trainee Fund Administrator will study towards a professional qualification and assist with the day-to-day administration of their fund clients under the direction of a manager.
You will assist with all aspects of the administration of their fund clients, including processing fund operations such as inputting payments, preparing receipt packs, and processing investor changes. You will also assist with the maintenance of investor and fund records in the relevant systems, as well as company secretarial matters including the preparation of minutes, board packs, and reports.
Our client is looking for a strong organiser and communicator, with good computer literacy and problem-solving skills, a desire to learn, and a commitment to studies.
Some office-based experience would be beneficial but is not essential for this entry-level position. English and Maths GCSEs (or equivalent) are essential, and A-levels would be preferred.
