About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at a Barchester independent mental health hospital. As a senior nurse, you will use your compassion and experience to deliver high-quality care and support to patients with complex needs.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised care plans, risk assessments, and clinical interventions. Your expertise will be utilised to improve patients' quality of life by ensuring their dignity, respect, and autonomy are upheld.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse with current NMC registration. We require an up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, strong understanding of CQC requirements, and frameworks.
