SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE | HIGH WYCOMBE
We’re looking for an amazing Social Media Executive to join our customer team and play a key role in delivering our strategic plans to drive brand engagement and maintain and grow The Perfume Shop’s organic Meta social media channels.
You’ll be managing The Perfume Shop Meta channels (Facebook and Instagram), including monitoring and engaging with our online audience
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Working with the wider team to manage and deliver the social content plan, including creating innovative and on-trend content and organising in-store and in-house photo and video shoots
· Exploring social collaborations and competitions with suppliers and external brands
· Working with the Brand Assistant to plan and capture content, schedule Hootsuite content and run competitions
· Work with the Social Media Content Creator to manage the in-house Social Squad
· Reviewing key trends and competitors’ social landscape and activities, ensuring you provide feedback and suggest ideas to the wider team.
· Providing and presenting weekly and monthly summaries/dashboards of all activities and results, measuring achievements against objectives and working proactively to make suggestions and recommendations on how to improve.
· Working with the Social Media Manager to deliver KPI measurements to understand the performance and growth potential of social.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
· A strong passion for social and data
· Strong presentation skills with the ability to pitch to key stakeholders with confidence whilst working with key suppliers
· Great attention to detail
· Previous experience of creative writing and thinking
· Previous experience of analysing digital data and marketing performance
