As a Performance Marketing Executive at Oliver’s Travels, you will play a key role in driving paid media and website performance for our business. You will be responsible for leading paid media acquisition activities across PPC, Display, and Paid Social channels, collaborating with our digital agency (who manage the day-to-day) to optimise campaigns and deliver consistent growth across all our destinations. In addition, the role will focus on website performance and conversion, using data to provide actionable insights and optimise user behaviour to improve performance.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Performance:
* Lead and manage paid media campaigns across various channels, including PPC, Display, and Paid Social.
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing and external digital agency to ensure strategies are aligned with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
* Monitor, optimise, and report on the performance of paid media campaigns, ensuring growth and ROI across all digital acquisition channels.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to oversee digital acquisition campaign performance and drive continuous improvements.
* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights and analysis of campaign performance.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine and improve digital marketing strategies based on campaign performance and data.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and implement new digital marketing campaigns and strategies to support broader business initiatives.
Website Performance and Conversion:
* Track and analyse website performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
* Provide regular updates on user behaviour and conversion metrics to key stakeholders, including the CRO team, Marketing team, and wider business.
* Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities to enhance conversion rates and improve user experience.
* In conjunction with the CRO team, drive initiatives to better understand customer journeys, user behaviour, and friction points, ultimately maximising performance and conversion rates.
* Provide detailed reports and insights on website performance, highlighting areas of improvement, trends and optimising for growth.
What you need:
* Proven experience in performance marketing, including PPC, Display, and Paid Social advertising.
* Strong knowledge of GA4 and experience using data analytics to drive insights and performance improvements.
* Ability to create, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Strong understanding of website optimisation and conversion rate best practices.
* Experience with digital reporting tools and dashboard creation.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
* Experience working with or managing a digital agency is a plus.
* Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving growth and improving digital marketing performance.
