Talk to us about how we can best support you Responsible for delivering sophisticated IT infrastructure projects and supporting the delivery of business change initiatives across the Kingfisher Group. You'll be responsible for leading multiple projects depending on size and scale with project budgets from £20k - £4m. To support activity to establish the business case with responsibility for planning and defining the scope of the project To identify, plan, handle and select appropriate resources, including third parties and suppliers to deliver the required services To ensure all deliverables meet required standards through effective management of the project scope, project plans, through accurate and timely project/budget reporting and by planning, identifying, assessing and leading risks, issues and dependencies To run the day-to-day delivery of projects, act as the first point of contact for any issues, ensuring their timely resolution To ensure projects operate within the agreed Governance framework To lead project finances, forecast accuracy and the management of any changes recognising schedule, budget and scope impact To create certainty and handle key stakeholders through effective communication, identifying key issues and providing actionable insight to enable effective decision making IT infrastructure experience including the full project lifecycle is crucial Shown experience of project delivery across diverse technology areas, e.g.: On-Premise, Cloud and/or hosted infrastructure SAP, Databases, ATG, Applications Windows server, Linux, VMware, Storage, Networks End-User devices, Windows OS, Office 365, Collaboration tools Active Directory, Identity, PAM, Security IT Service Management, Service Now, monitoring, asset management Experienced in delivering significant technical and non-technical change Well-developed understanding of financial management processes and cycles, including forecasting, capitalisation, budgeting, etc Strong planning capability and the ability to identify key dependencies across project activities Quality and governance of delivery Customer focussed Have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to engage, connect and influence at all levels of the organisation Be Customer Focused – constantly improving our customers’ experience We listen to our customers and colleagues We innovate products and experiences to stay ahead Be Human – leading with purpose, humanity and care We do the right thing We invest in our people and build great teams Be Curious – thrive on learning, thinking beyond the obvious We focus externally, globally and build the long term We experiment and share our learnings Be Agile – building trust and empowering people to work with agility We act with pace, not perfection, role modelling 80/20 We take risks, fail fast and adapt quickly Be Inclusive – inspiring diverse teams to achieve together We celebrate difference as a strength We collaborate, breaking down silos Be Accountable – owning the plan, delivering results and growth We focus on performance outcomes We prioritise and simplify for others At Kingfisher, we value the perspectives that any new team members bring, and we want to hear from you.
