Logistics Fleet Sales Administrator Drive Your Career Forward with JCT600 We’re on the lookout for a Logistics Fleet Sales Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery process. If you’re a highly organised, detail-driven individual with a passion for efficiency, customer service, and teamwork, this role is for you What You’ll Do Support the Fleet Department in arranging delivery of vehicles smoothly and efficiently. Build strong relationships by communicating effectively with internal and external contacts. Ensure 100% accuracy in all administration, from pre-delivery checks to final paperwork. Manage delivery slots and coordinate logistics with dealerships and PDI centres. Verify costs and payments, ensuring all financial details are correct and accounted for. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and excellent service. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. A customer-focused approach with great communication skills. Confidence in using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems. A proactive team player who can problem-solve and multitask.
