Managing Consultant - Marketing, HR & Commercial roles within FMCG & Consumer
Are you a commercially savvy Category Manager ready to make your mark in the FMCG world? Join a dynamic, insight-led team driving category growth across top-tier grocery retailers.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Bring the category vision to life both internally and with key retail partners
* Lead range, display, and distribution strategies to optimise in-store performance
* Partner with customers to co-create data-driven, insight-led category plans
* Be the go-to for shopper and market insights that inform strategic direction
* Work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and field sales teams
* Deliver engaging, tailored presentations that shape customer thinking
* Champion the in-store experience through deep retail understanding
What We're Looking For:
* 3–5 years of experience in Category Management within FMCG
* You must already be Category Manager level
* Track record working with major UK grocery retailers - Tesco experience
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical chops
* Excellent communicator with a knack for storytelling through data
* Confident, collaborative, and naturally curious
