We are writing a new and
exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation
project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. With a
substantial investment in excess of £80 million, we are enriching our resort
including the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra
bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and much more.

Salary
The on target earning potential
for this role is £ 28,640. annual salary, compromising of a base rate
of £27,060 plus a qualified estimate of £1580 gratuities annually.
The Belfry Spa
The Belfry Spa has 20 treatment
rooms, a relaxation room, a mani-pedi station, whirlpools, swimming pools, our
famous 'fire and ice' experience and more. We offer a range of Espa treatments,
and our spa therapists are passionate about delivering personalised treatments
in stunning surroundings.
About the role
Work-life balance is important
to us here at The Belfry. You will be given a 40 hour per week contract.
Although we can offer flexibility around hours and shift patterns, we do
require availability at weekends. If any additional hours are worked, we will
give you time off in lieu, although paid overtime may be made available at peak
times.
Duties include:
* Report for duty at the correct time as
per rota, in the specified uniform, ensuring a high standard of appearance
at all times.
* To represent The Hotel & Resort in a
professional manner at all times.
* Understand how all departments operate
and how the Spa department can co-operate with them to ensure team spirit
and a high level of guest satisfaction.
* Lead by example by providing a warm
welcome to clientele whilst striving to provide outstanding service.
* Create and maintain relations with spa
guests and members through having an active presence in spa reception.
* Daily diary management to ensure maximum
revenue opportunity and to monitor bookings and appointments and highlight
any issues with the Spa Manager
* Maintain consistent guest satisfaction
through collating guest feedback received from hotel surveys and
communicate this with team, implementing changes or training where
necessary.
* Deal with any client complaints promptly
and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue is not
jeopardised. Record any grievances and follow up accordingly, liaising
with the general manager and duty manager where necessary.
* Drive and monitor spa
performance through KPIs, linking results with sales and marketing
activities. · Communicate
and discuss KPI’s with the spa department team, ensuring this is filtered
down effectively with targets to the spa reservations team.
* Assist the Spa Manager with the planning
and implementation of marketing activities within the Spa, with support
from the Hotel.
* Assist with ensuring collateral, point of
sale and promotional materials reflect the quality and integrity of ESPA
and the Hotel.
