Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior estate agent to make a meaningful impact on an already well-run, high-functioning team. Whether you're transitioning from an employed role but hesitant about a lead source, or you’re already self-employed and eager to access listings and start earning money, this role provides a unique chance to start earning from day one. Working within our team, having immediate access to quality stock while enjoying the flexibility of self-employment and uncapped earning potential. Unlike traditional brokerage/self-employed models, this opportunity focuses on supporting and growing alongside our team who are all established self-employed agents.
Key Responsibilities
* Property Viewings: Conduct viewings and highlight each property’s best features to prospective buyers, whilst forging relationships with prospective buyers.
* Market Collaboration: Work with other agents to identify potential buyers and provide market insights.
* Negotiations: Handle buyer-seller negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
* Professional Liaison: Communicate with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the process.
* Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities.
