About this opportunity
As the Learning, Development and Training (LDT) Coordinator, you will…
* Coordinate end to end program delivery by managing the budget, allocating trainers, preparing materials, and processing enrolments.
* Design and maintain training activities from start (needs analysis) to finish (evaluation).
* Maintain training data and develop metrics to provide insights and inform decision making.
* Work with stakeholders to develop and implement policies, processes, and promotional activities to support training enrolments.
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term opportunity and we are open to candidates who may wish to work from any Noah's Ark location.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
You...
* Are tech and process savvy with strong administration/coordination skills plus experience creating effective training for adult learners.
* Are passionate about all things learning, development, and training with demonstrated knowledge of The Noah’s Ark Model of service delivery and Best Practice work model.
* Have a knack for analysing data and extracting insights to inform actions and decisions.
* Are known for building and maintaining collaborative relationships with people at all levels.
