Content Strategy Manager This is a hybrid working role – based in Bolton and home Basic salary £50,000 plus annual bonus, 34 days holidays, non-contributory pension, private healthcare, perkbox, free parking and many more benefits, An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Content Marketing Strategy Manager who can create and implement marketing strategies that align with the companies’ goals and target audiences. As a Content Strategy Marketing Manager, you will demonstrate experience of working in an investment or financial services content marketing role. As a Content Strategy Marketing Manager, you will plan activity to reach target customers, measure success and drive business growth, engage with stakeholders and marketing colleagues to oversee the development and execution of cohesive promotional strategies and on-brand collateral and promote various new products and service excellence by producing authentic and outstanding communications. You will be a highly proactive ideas person with the ability to review and promote a product or fund from an investment perspective, roll this out, review new product strengths, weaknesses, competitor analysis, key selling points, review web pages and communicate clearly with the senior stakeholders. Candidate Skills Hold a relevant marketing qualification or degree qualified or qualified by experience Able to identify and recommend ways to improve sales support management information and take on responsibility for workload Work as part of the marketing team whilst also work on your own initiative Quick to learn, prioritise your workload, meet deadlines and strong attention to detail Have a confident cheerful outlook with clear communication skill, written and spoken Able to delegate, assess the difficulty of tasks and match to skill levels of colleagues Website skills i.e. WordPress MS Office Suite, any knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud would be advantageous Duties Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions Integrate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, PR, and advertising. Work with the marketing team to produce strategic content, (presentations, brochures, web pages, social media posts, webinars etc) to support marketing initiatives You will work closely with sales teams, product SMEs, investment specialists and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing across all channels Work with SMEs to create and communicate insightful thought leadership content Identifying the most effective channels and marketing tactics to reach each target market Performance track, monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and focus on delivering personalised and professional marketing campaigns that meet consumer demands and enhance the overall customer experience Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the business including senior management and fund services and investment management
