The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts, Quality, and compliance Administrator to join us. This position works out of our Maidenhead location in the Diabetes Division. We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
As the Contracts, Quality, and compliance Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Contracts, Quality and Compliance UK and Ireland team .
What You’ll Do
Quality:
1. Monitoring of Quality and Compliance paperwork and processes on a quarterly basis
2. Administration of Abbott Diabetes Care Employees UK & Ireland Training Matrix and Records
3. Maintain Abbott Diabetes Care UK & Ireland Approved Supplier List
4. Assist with the loading of Consultants / Suppliers on to the eSMF system
5. Assist with approval of all marketing and training materials
Contracts:
6. Responding to pricing requests/enquiries from internal and external customers;
7. Preparing and submission of quotations;
8. Completing customer requested forms (e.g. new supplier forms) and submissions;
9. Preparing and submission of monthly purchase reports as required;
10. Assisting with generating contracts / rebate agreements.
11. Assisting with admin tasks associated with responding to Tenders and Bid requests;
Compliance:
12. Uploading appropriate paperwork into the compliance systems ACAS and Contracts Hub
13. Assisting with processing the business requests (i.e. Professional Services Arrangements, Training and Education Support and Abbott Organised meetings) where required
14. Provide cover for the Professional Education & Events Administrator as determined by the Contracts & Compliance Manager but at a minimum to include checking, directing and actioning where appropriate the generic Outlook UK Enquiries inbox
Preferred Qualifications
Education
15. GCSE or A-Level (Maths and English)
Background
16. Experience of working with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
17. Previous experience of contract administration duties - preferable but not essential
18. Previous experience of working with Veeva and Contracts Systems would be a benefit, but not essential as full training and guidance will be provided
19. Experience of working in a highly professional environment
20. Strong attention to detail (with a view to producing high quality work which will be reviewed by customers)
21. Good numeracy skills (ability to navigate data provided in Excel)
22. Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal
