* PhD/DPhil (or near completion) in a discipline directly relevant to bioinformatics and genomic research
* Established track record of code development and contributions to publications or submitted manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals
Job Description:
* Lead the development of pipelines and tools for analyzing data from single-cell and spatial genomics platforms
* Provide bioinformatics training and collaborate with students and postdocs
* Contribute to publications in high-impact journals
* Undertake code development and scientific research
* Share code with the bioinformatics community and publish tools and results in peer-reviewed journals
