You will lead our vibrant venue where great drinks and food meets an interactive experience The ideal candidate would possess excellent knowledge of food, cocktails and drinks and be passionate about hospitality. This position requires at least 1 years experience within a restaurant or bar environment. Outstanding leadership skills are required along with a clear vision of the level of service that is expected. You will be resourceful, efficient, and have an outstanding eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of Kaboodle. To be out and about, managing the day-to-day operation and ensuring exceptional guest service at peak times. To plan and ensure Kaboodle is ready for the days business preparing for the morning meeting and sharing information with the team To ensure customer satisfaction throughout Kaboodle and maintaining quality control standards for products services offered to the customers. To manage guest flow and seating arrangements ensuring a seamless guest journey. Ensure the control of costs and productivity. Keeping the team up to date and ensuring they meet all service and operational standards. Handle cash and card payments accurately, along with taking accountability for floats, change orders and all end of day procedures Develop sales plan in line with the annual budget, maximising sales through up-selling, using incentives and promotions. Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and keep a close eye on customer feedback through Trip Advisor and other sites, taking on board feedback and making recommendations for changes. To complete a weekly rota ensuring this is cost effective and the right people are in the right places. To lead and develop an energetic workforce, with involvement in recruitment, learning and development, team engagement initiatives and all other people management responsibilities. To empower the team to be able to handle all guest feedback positive and negative. Ensure that Company and legal standards for cleanliness are maintained within all food and beverage areas. What were looking for: Manager in a similar role with 1 years experience Background in a busy establishment is preferred so you will understand how we work and settle in quickly Excellent Customer service skills, standards-driven, good organisational skills To be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and to enjoy it To be great at up-selling anticipating customer needs as well as improving the bottom line To be able to manage the team and resources available to ensure that the departments are equipped for service via cost controls, stock monitoring and good rota management To be able to communicate to and motivate your team providing day to day leadership and direction Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
