As a Patient Services Administrator, you will:
* Handle enquiries and general queries
* Greet and attend patients for appointments, ensuring all patient information is correct
* Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs, and secretaries
* Arrange appointments
* Utilize strong IT and keyboard skills
* Maintain databases
* Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management
* Perform medical record filing, gathering patient notes, and archiving
Previous Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage.
