Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer enquiries and process quotes using the company’s sales and order processing system
* Manage customer orders effectively using the sales and stock management system
* Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently via phone and email, ensuring high-quality customer service
* Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, ensuring that they receive tailored advice and solutions (full product training will be provided)
* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders
Requirements:
* Proven experience in internal sales or order processing, ideally within a similar industry
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in using sales and order processing systems (training will be provided)
