Position: Telemarketer Salary: Competitive commission bonus We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting up appointments for our sales representatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services - Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls - Build and maintain a strong customer database - Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential clients - Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets - Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to potential customers - Handle objections and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Keep track of all calls and update the CRM system with relevant information - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and coaching sessions Requirements: - Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office - Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent - A positive and resilient attitude - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
