Job Title: Sales - Work from Home
Salary: £22,300
Location: Glasgow City Centre/Home Based
Hours: Monday to Friday (9.00-1700)

The training for this role will be based in Glasgow City Centre for 3-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing existing and new relationships with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote repeat business.
2. Upselling products when discussing options with clients, maximising sales opportunities.
3. Efficiently managing incoming enquiries via a centralised mailbox, providing prompt and accurate responses.
4. Issuing quotations to customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
5. Liaising with clients regarding lead times, updates, and order status.
6. Tracking sales leads and enquiries, ensuring accurate and updated records.
7. Handling inbound calls from customers, answering queries, tracking orders, and arranging parts/returns.
8. Liaising with suppliers to ensure orders are processed within agreed timescales, maintaining effective communication throughout.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
2. Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
3. Customer-focused attitude, always striving to provide the highest level of service.
4. Genuine drive and a desire to achieve exceptional results for clients.
5. A minimum of 12 months continuous experience in Sales/Customer Service Administration.
6. Excellent MS Office skills, including proficiency in Excel.
