Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our public body client with sourcing a Learning and Development Assistant to join them on an 18 month FTC, supporting through a busy period of change. In this crucial role you will provide detailed and accurate administration, logistical and system support to the people function, ensuring employees have access to high quality learning initiatives across the organisation that align with both personal development and organisational strategy.
In this role you will:
* Administrate the training process across the organisation, booking courses and rooms, communicating with delegates and trainers and ensuring that evaluation forms are sent out, collated and analysed
* Ensure the L&D calendar is regularly and accurately maintained for all learning events through the HR system
* Ensure attendance levels at events, tracking and monitoring attendee lists
* Complete the finance process for any learning and development activity ensuring the budget tracker is maintained and up to date
* Identify, update, and maintain the Learning and Development intranet site pages when required to ensure accurate information is available
* Ensuring all available development opportunities are advertised accordingly, utilising all available communication channels
* Providing an initial contact point for employees and external customers, handling a wide range of Learning and Development issues including monitoring the L&D mailbox and responding within agreed SLAs
* Acting as subject matter super user for the learning management system, interrogating data, manipulating and producing reports and identifying trends and issues
We are looking for:
* Someone with great attention to detail who can work across multiple tasks at the same time
* Experience in HRIS and LMS systems, inputting data and pulling relevant reports
* Confident in managing senior stakeholder relationships both internally and extern
