About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join AECC University College as we continue to deliver against our strategic plan to develop and diversify our academic portfolio. Our vision is to be a leading specialist health sciences university and this role will join the Registry team playing a key professional support role in the development and monitoring of new and existing courses.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail to support the University’s existing quality assurance function.
Working alongside both professional services and academic colleagues, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and enhancement of excellent Registry services, specifically supporting the areas of academic quality and governance; quality assurance processes, the management of definitive documentation and information (including information contained within the Student Records System), supporting institutional audit and review activities relating to academic quality assurance and educational partnership administration.
About the person
You will be enthusiastic about education and enhancing administrative practice, and will have worked in an administrative role either within education or within a similar field.
You will need to have a proven ability to work both independently and within a range of teams, have excellent attention to detail and a high degree of commitment and professionalism. You will have experience and confidence in using a range of IT resources and systems, and feel comfortable suggesting amendments to existing practice where you recognise potential efficiencies. You will be well experienced in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
