We are working with a great integrated communications agency to help them find a PR Account Manager to work on their professional services team. Our Client One of the largest independent marketing communication agencies in the region, they are based in central Manchester, in lovely heritage offices and have a strong commitment to their people. Sector experience is varied but generally they work with ambitious brands targeting growth. The Role As PR Account Manager you will be a trusted advisor and day-to-day contact for your clients, writing and obtaining approval for a range of PR and content for a variety of platforms and sectors, through to liaising with journalists to secure media opportunities. You’ll work with senior colleagues to immerse yourself within clients, developing an understanding of their business objectives and strategy, and how you can contribute effectively. You You should have a minimum of 2 years’ agency experience, with well-developed writing skills for different tone of voice and sectors, as well as media relations experience. You could be an existing Account Manager or a Senior Account Exec ready to step up. You’ll be ideas led and results driven, always keen to add real value to clients, as well as having excellent communication skills. Experience of professional services or B2B clients would be great but not essential. What’s in it for you
