What the Job Involves As part of this role, you will identify and address the needs of children and families, collaborating with other professionals in assessing and protecting children in need. You will manage a duty caseload, conduct single assessments, and partake in the Duty System to address child protection concerns. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate case records, adhering to departmental policies, and contributing to team meetings aimed at improving services for children. Additionally, you may provide cover for team members and engage in training and support roles if needed, particularly in the Senior Practitioner capacity.
