Experience/Qualifcations needed:
1. Experience teaching/working with students of SEN is desired, but not essential.
2. Bachelors degree in music.
3. QTS or relevant qualification.
4. Passion, skills and strong knowledge of music of various genres.

6. Exciting and 'out the box' ways of learning with music evident in your lessons.
7. Willingness to add to the ever developing curriculum.
8. Can build good working relationships with the students.
9. Good communication across the department and with parents/carers.
10. Creative & can encourage, creativity, critical thinking and expression of idea.
11. Can plan, develop and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 + KS4.
12. Experience with musical instrument/music technology and display a willingness to use this as a teaching tool.
13. Model good performance practice.
