Senior HR Business Partner We're currently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Construction HR Leadership Team. This role will be the trusted partner working alongside our Southern Regional Director, to advise, challenge, support and develop solutions across the entire employee lifecycle and improve business outcomes and performance. Location: Role will cover our Southern region which includes Kier offices including Southampton, Crawley and King's Hill with remote working available 1-2 days a week Hours : 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us Contract : Permanent, full-time and able to consider part-time opportunities Responsibilities As a Senior HR Business Partner, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Leading and developing the people strategy that will underpin and support the revenue growth for the business unit; culture, capabilities, organisation design talent and skills development will be key components of this plan. Working alongside the HR Director and as part of a functionally aligned team in the development, management, and implementation of a commercially focused and progressive people plan for Construction. Leading the development and implementation of a future focused talent strategy that ensures we have the right skills at the right time and in the right place. Coaching and developing the senior management team within London, providing a critical voice that balances support and challenge and encourages development across the business. Supporting our D&I and social value agenda; align with our social sustainability framework and influence senior leaders to ensure everyone we create an inclusive culture that embraces diversity providing career opportunity for all. Taking ownership of people data, identifying trends, solutions and change activity to improve key metrics and people performance. What are we looking for? This role of Senior HR Business Partner is great for you if you have: Proven HR experience in delivering and driving business wide people initiatives and the ability to create and deliver engaging and relevant solutions across the employee lifecycle. Previous experience and exposure within D&I and can demonstrate changes made and embedded within a function or organisation. An ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across the business and show a broad influencing style to obtain buy in to new ideas. Previous experience coaching leaders and managers to improve performance. An interest and passion for social value and how we create opportunities to support everyone find a route to work. Developed leadership skills with the ability to empower, motivate and work collaboratively and inclusively across a high performing HR team.
