What you’ll do:
6. Lead and motivate our team to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
7. Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
8. Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests’ experience, taking on feedback to push for even more
9. Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards
What you’ll need:
10. Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or a related field
11. Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
12. Motivated to advance your career within hotel management
13. Excellent team management and communication skills
14. Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
