Marketing Automation Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Hybrid working - 2 days on-site per week
Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum
Our established client is seeking an energetic Marketing Automation Manager to join their vibrant team, supporting the CRM function in executing marketing and operational communications. They're looking for their MAM to collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to deliver, review, and fine-tune their CRM and operational marketing strategies while managing the day-to-day implementation and upkeep of system-driven campaigns, including workflow management.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Product Marketing team in executing, reviewing, and continuously optimizing CRM and operational marketing strategies
2. Take charge of the daily implementation and upkeep of operational and system-generated campaigns, ensuring smooth workflow management
3. Work closely with stakeholders across the operational side of the business, championing the tech that powers marketing efforts
4. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor moves, identifying areas where they can grow and improve
