Kennedys is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Legacy Disease team based in Manchester. Team Our national practice services personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK. We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations. Key Responsibilities Monitor Client Portals for new instructions to ensure these are dealt with in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Daily monitoring of the MoJ Claims Portal Telephone calls to Brokers/Policyholders Dealing with incoming proceedings to ensure Court deadlines are met and adhered to Operate the Firm's quality procedures and information security systems as specified in the current edition of the Quality Procedures Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client's documentation and/or information Required experience Previous administrative experience Proficient in MS Office packages, knowledge of BigHand or Service Desk Plus Good literacy and numeracy Good typing skills Please let us know if you require any additional support or adjustments to be made in order to submit your application to Kennedys.
