Job Description
1. Represent and implement workflow structures to support office functioning.
2. Provide clerical assistance to staff and youth when required.
3. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or upper management.
4. Maintain flexibility to travel to other NYC locations for office coverage.
5. Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment.
6. Retain knowledge of programs and staff for effective administrative support.
7. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all areas.

The Successful Applicant
8. MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
9. High School Diploma required; Business or Communications degree preferred.
10. Experience in human services office strongly preferred.
11. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills required.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace required.
13. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
14. Knowledge of clerical and office procedures necessary.
15. Ability to handle confidential material responsibly.
16. Positive and collaborative attitude required.
17. Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise judgment.
18. Flexibility to travel to other agency locations as needed.
