Overall Purpose of the Job:
* Working closely with the Admissions Coordinator and Admissions Administrator, you would be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of targeted and tailored activities across postgraduate taught (Masters) and undergraduate programmes, ensuring a high quality, customer focused service. This will include assisting with the recruitment of student ambassadors, organising on campus and virtual offer holder events as well as assisting in the planning of tailored communications to offer holders.
* To provide clerical and administrative support for key activities of admissions across the University including making standard decisions, updating applicant records and resolving errors on records as well as providing support on open days, visit days, interviews and confirmation and clearing activities.
* To deliver excellent service provision and support colleagues with continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do with support for a single PS team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.
