If you are an Office Manager with strong administration and organisational skills, then this role will be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Ensuring the smooth running of the offices over 3 depots
2. Providing support to the MD and assisting the Executive Team
3. Managing MD’s diary schedule and organising travel requirements
4. Responsible for office maintenance, services, telecoms and IT
5. Purchasing stationery and office supplies, negotiating costs with suppliers
6. Responsible for recruitment process, managing and maintaining HR records
