Occupational Health Advisor

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work as part of the Occupational Health team based at a site in Aberdeen.
This role is responsible for the service delivery of a full remit of occupational health services to include
Key responsibilities include:
Workplace assessments
Reporting on health risks
Routine health surveillance
Pre-placement screenings
Fitness-for-work assessments
Undertaking case management, both in person and remotely, producing quality reports for the clients
Managing Health Records ensuring safe storage, security and confidentiality of OH records, complying with relevant legislation and good practice
Work to strict protocols and procedures in line with SEQOHS accreditationApplicant Profile:
RGN/RMN with prior Occupational Health Advisor experience
Current NMC Registration
Desirable: Occupational Health qualification; relevant experience considered
Proactive, friendly, and professional individuals with workload management confidence
Contribute towards safe working practices across the OH Delivery team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvements to achieve more effective working practices
Good understanding of Microsoft packages, and comfortable in use of OH software.
