About the Role:
Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering HTA projects? Do you excel at building and maintaining client relationships? Are you eager to join a rapidly growing company that offers excellent career prospects? At Costello Medical, we are expanding swiftly due to increasing demand from both new and existing clients. This growth presents outstanding opportunities for candidates with prior industry experience to play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for quality and contributing to the future development of our team.
As a Senior Analyst, you will take a leading role in managing projects, collaborating with the wider project team to ensure that all projects are delivered to an exceptionally high standard and within agreed timelines. This includes providing strategic advice at the onset of projects, overseeing the project team, and engaging in regular client interactions. Senior Analysts are integral to quality control, conducting reviews of colleagues' work and offering constructive feedback.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in business development by nurturing strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to offer additional services within existing projects. Our HTA division at Costello Medical specialises in delivering HTA submissions, feasibility assessments, and global value dossiers for a diverse clientele, including pharmaceutical and medical device companies, as well as public sector and non-profit organisations. You will collaborate closely with clients to devise HTA strategies from the outset of each project, utilising your excellent written communication skills and scientific expertise to craft clear, evidence-based, strategic narratives that demonstrate the cost-effectiveness of new therapies to the healthcare system.
This role requires the ability to work across different accounts and multiple disease areas, necessitating quick adaptability to new domains. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to explore the broader range of services provided by other teams at Costello Medical.
Hybrid Working Policy:
We recognise that home-working can improve work-life balance, reduce commuting times and costs, and provide the opportunity to juggle personal commitments. At the same time, we believe that having face-to-face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created, where people have a workplace they belong to and feel part of, is never lost.
Therefore, we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues who have passed probation to work from home for up to half of the time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During your probationary period (normally the first 6 months of the role) you will be able to work from home for 1 day per week.
Requirements:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual, who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for healthcare and a proactive approach to fostering client relationships in the HEOR sector. This role calls for a blend of collaboration, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Essential requirements for the role are:
* A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1), with a diverse range of specialisms welcomed, such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, and medicine.
* A minimum of two years of professional experience in delivering HEOR projects, including HTA submissions, global value dossiers, or health economic modelling projects.
* Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong scientific writing skills, with proficiency in tailoring content for various audiences.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with a high degree of written accuracy and excellent proficiency in English and arithmetic.
* Demonstrable project management skills to ensure timely project delivery.
* Proficiency in data presentation, with the ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce professional, high-standard work.
* Technical and strategic knowledge to provide insightful recommendations to clients on project content and approach.
* A commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service and quality deliverables amidst competing demands.
* Experience in direct client communication and the ability to adapt to varied communication styles.
* Leadership skills capable of motivating colleagues and managing the delivery of project components effectively.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits including a discretionary profit share bonus paid twice per year, 25 days' annual leave plus bank and public holidays, the chance to work from home for up to half of your working time after passing probation, flexible benefits scheme, private medical insurance, paid study leave, cycle to work scheme, and more.
How To Apply:
You are required to submit your CV and a cover letter via our online application form. In your cover letter, you must explain why you think you would be suited to the role and why you would like to join Costello Medical, with examples to support both.
