Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher located in King's Lynn commencing in March 2025. This daily supply role has the potential to be extended based on performance and school discretion.
This school sports an overall 'good' rating on Ofsted. It places a high value on fostering the intellectual growth of students and staff.
Your duties as a Primary School Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Support students' personal and social growth, encouraging independence, resilience, and respect.
* Work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child’s progress.
* Contribute to school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities.
* Uphold the school’s values, policies, and procedures.
To be considered for this Primary School Teacher position, you will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in being a Primary School Teacher is preferred, but not required.
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (Key Stages 1 and 2).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
* Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal development.
