The Job Role: You will provide a comprehensive and accurate administrative and secretarial service for the clinical/medical teams. This will include production of letters, e-mail communication, accurate data inputting onto electronic patient records system (Care Notes), scanning, printing, uploading, answering of complex telephone queries and possess the ability to exercise judgement and work unsupervised to meet deadlines. Skills and Experience: Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems is essential whilst training will be provided for in-house systems such asCarenotes etc. Previous administration/secretarial skills required along with excellent communication and IT skills. This role is based at site and due to the service being spread over a number of sites across Coventry and Warwickshire, you may be required to travel to support service delivery, or attend training, for which travel expenses would be paid.
