The role

We want individuals who are reliable, resilient, confident, consistent and focused. As a Seasonal Sales Assistant at Lush Norwich, you will have to be able to work under pressure - you'll be taking on the role during our busiest time of the year, so you'll need to have confidence talking to customers and not shy away from the Christmas rush. Last year we had the busiest day in our store history, welcoming almost 4000 customers through our doors.
You will have to ask insightful questions to understand each customer's needs and showcase our products through demonstrations. You will confirm interest through thoughtful questions and securing sales. Your role includes offering shop tours with link sales and crafting personalised routines.
Key Information - This is a seasonal and temporary position. We only hire seasonally at Lush Norwich, meaning contracts are highly competitive and we receive a large volume of strong applications each year.

Skills and Experience
Customer experience: We want you to deliver exceptional customer service, radiate positivity and create memorable 5-star experiences.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve goals whilst showing an ability to use initiative when working independently.
Communication: You should keep communication with your colleagues and management team open and respectful, show an ability to follow instructions and receive feedback graciously, whilst remembering the customer remains our number one priority.
