Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse new and emerging customer requirements, conducting feasibility studies and scoping assessments across core subsystems.
2. Lead technical assessments of system design changes, evaluating their impact on the overall platform.
3. Conduct initial safety assessments and identify potential hazards within aircraft systems.
4. Work across the full system development lifecycle, from requirements capture to implementation and validation.
5. Engage with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure successful system integration.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Strong background in systems engineering, ideally within aerospace or defence.
2. Experience in requirements capture, management, and system safety assessments.
3. Ability to assess engineering requirements and their impact on aircraft platforms.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
5. Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience.
