As part of a wider team, you will be responsible for day to day operational management of the service, training and development of staff within the team, co-ordinating monthly statistical reports, maintaining and developing partner relationships and working closely with colleagues and service users to ensure continuous improvement of services. You will also have the responsibility of day to day management of this essential service which includes overseeing homelessness applications, decisions and emergency access to temporary accommodation You will work with colleagues and wider partners to deliver a frontline homelessness service. You will also take a lead role in the ongoing development of our Homelessness Service and it would be beneficial for you to have the ability to identify service improvement requirements and take a lead role in delivering these.
