Our friendly teams are passionate about community nursing and relish the opportunity to use their skills, experience, and knowledge to provide nursing care in peoples own homes. They are enthusiastic and take pride in supporting their team to deliver proactive, caring, safe and excellent standards of patient care to their local communities. Our community nurses work autonomously, delivering high quality and evidence-based nursing care, see problem-solving as a positive challenge, and are creative in many varied and unpredictable clinical situations. The service currently operates 7 days a week between the core hours of 0800-1830. Shift patterns available are varied and can be discussed at interview with a flexible approach. Posts are available in various South West district nursing teams. We hope that the advert has given you a clear understanding of the skills we are seeking and the opportunity at hand.
