We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead and oversee our IT General Control Change Programme. The successful candidate will direct the overall approach of the Programme, including overseeing the Programme Management Office (PMO), managing escalations, and establishing best practices, policies, procedures, and processes that align with the programme and business objectives.
You will collaborate with multiple System Integrator (SI) partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently on time, and within budget. You will work closely with the Programme Architect, who will focus on technical quality assurance and integrations.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Plan, organise, direct, and track all major programme components, including costs, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
* Identify programme, workstream and project deliverables, ensuring they meet programme expectations for time, cost, and performance.
* Direct and oversee the PMO by defining and implementing programme, workstream and project management best practices.
* Implement programme/project management standards and best practices based on measurable success criteria.
* Establish uniform workstream and project processes and quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) are highly desirable.
* Extensive experience in IT/Security programme and project management.
* Proven track record of leading large-scale programmes (£30-£50m) with multiple projects and diverse teams.
* Strong knowledge of programme and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Experience in establishing and managing a PMO, including policy and process development.
